About Cindy

Cindy Camaraza is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in “Holistic Psychotherapy” with Individuals, Children, Adolescents, Couples & Families . Her Unique Integrative Approach addresses the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of each individual to get to the root of the challenge and promote positive change. Cindy Camaraza holds a Graduate degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Miami. She is also certified in Holistic Health Counseling from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

 Her unique background provides her the with the skills and expertise that she is proud to offer to her broad spectrum of clients today.
Prior to her work in Psychology she worked as a school teacher for over seven years and has a deep-rooted passion for children and adolescents. She understands the daily challenges that both children and parents go through and is experienced in finding solutions to even the most difficult of situations.

Among her areas of expertise are Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Trauma ,Individual Couples & Family Challenges ,Behavioral Issues in Children & Teens, ADHD and Personal Growth and Self- Actualization. She utilizes a series of modalities that include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Energy Psychology, Integrative Nutrition with a special focus on the Mind-Body Connection.
